Use of Services

NFT Marketplace and Online Courses

At Boomslag, we leverage blockchain technology to revolutionize the way online courses and digital products are accessed, owned, and transferred. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that our courses are represented as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum blockchain using the ERC1155 standard. This enables courses to be traded, auctioned, and owned as limited edition items, with real scarcity and ownership verifiable through the blockchain.

Ownership and Transfer of NFTs

When you purchase or receive a course NFT on Boomslag, you acquire a license to access and use the course content. This license is personal to you, unless transferred through our platform, in accordance with the smart contract's terms. Ownership of the NFT is governed by the smart contract and the Ethereum blockchain, not Boomslag. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your wallet and the NFTs contained within it.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Boomslag, including course materials, is the intellectual property of the content creators or Boomslag. The purchase or transfer of a course NFT grants you a license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Future Expansions

Boomslag plans to expand its offerings to include physical products, video games, and more, all utilizing our ERC1155 tokens and auction house. These future services will adhere to the same principles of transparency, ownership, and innovation that guide our current offerings. Participation in future services will be subject to additional terms and conditions, as applicable.

Account Terms

To access and use certain features of Boomslag, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete account information, (b) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete, (c) maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others and restricting access to your account and your computer or device, (d) promptly notify Boomslag if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service, and (e) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

Plan Terms

Boomslag offers various subscription plans for its users, including but not limited to free and premium options. Each plan comes with a specific set of features and limitations, as detailed on our platform. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms and conditions of that plan. Subscription plans are subject to change at any time, and Boomslag will provide adequate notice of these changes. It is your responsibility to review your subscription plan details and ensure it meets your needs.
